WATERFRONT PLAZA, Burlington VT

Situated within walking distance to Lake Champlain this 45,000 square foot “A” grade multi-tenant office building with a two level parking structure to be located in downtown Burlington is completing the approval process. Architecturally designed to fit within this Historic waterfront neighborhood, this unique building will provide the user with upscale office environments, showers, long term bike storage, state of the art telecommunication services in an environmentally sensitive energy efficient building. Construction completion and occupancy is estimated to be in the spring of 2012.

THE GATEWAY COMPLEX, Lebanon NH PHASE II

Tucked away on a forty acre parcel, Phase II of our Gateway office complex will provide over 60,000 square feet of commercial space. Designed to reflect the beauty, warmth and pristine quality of its environment, this three story building will be wrapped in spandrel glass to reflect its natural setting. As a LEED Certified core & shell building we hope to improve and promote energy efficiency while reducing a negative impact on the environment and promote heath and well-being for our Tenants.

This project is completing the permit stage; we are seeking Tenants and plan to commence construction in 2011.
