Gateway Lebanon, Phase 2

Tucked away on a forty acre parcel, Phase II of our Gateway office complex will provide over 60,000 square feet of commercial space. Designed to reflect the beauty, warmth and pristine quality of its environment, this three story building will be wrapped in spandrel glass to reflect its natural setting.

As a LEED Certified core & shell building we hope to improve and promote energy efficiency while reducing a negative impact on the environment and promote heath and well-being for our Tenants.

This project is completing the permit stage; we are seeking Tenants and plan to commence construction in 2011.
